We believe that safety and health of our employees is of paramount importance and that all incidents, injuries (Occupational & Environmental), occupational illnesses are preventable, and that OSHE excellence is everyone's responsibility.
The wellbeing of our stakeholders is of cardinal importance and Hitech Management endorses, and is committed towards providing necessary resources to ensure corporate and ethical undertakings towards HSE, as to protect everyone from the impacts resulting from our business efforts leading to a ‘safe working environment’. Hitech complies with ISO 14001 standards, ISO 45001, OSHAD SF standards, and all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislative requirements and obligations. We ensure that these are applied, monitored, and implemented, in all its facilities, and throughout all its operations as to ensure continual improvement. We promote sustainability within the communities where we work and live by minimizing the impact of our operations and products on the environment. Our Business efforts focus on the protection of the environment, conservation of resources, and pollution prevention. We strive to educate, train, and motivate Hitech employees to work in a safe, environmentally responsible manner. It also allows us to ensure a ‘Duty of Care’ to all associated with our business operations, such that every Hitech employee takes personal ownership of his own safety, as well as that of others. This policy is in line with Abu Dhabi's EHS Policy. Therefore, conformance and integration with this policy is the responsibility of every employee. This policy will be reviewed periodically as required.
